Does it send automatic appointment reminders to my clients?
Yes. The reminder goes out on its own as far ahead as you choose, a day before for example, by email, SMS, WhatsApp or a phone notification, and if you move the appointment it adjusts itself. From the reminder itself, clients can cancel or reschedule within your cancellation window without messaging you. Email is included in every plan; SMS and WhatsApp run on credit packs on the paid plans.
Can I approve each booking before it's confirmed?
Yes. With manual approval switched on, every booking comes in as pending and isn't confirmed until you accept it; the client gets a notice when they request it, when you approve it and also if you turn it down. It's handy for big pieces, where you want to talk through the design, placement and size first.
Does it work for long tattoo sessions?
Yes. Each service lasts as long as you set and the calendar blocks the full time with no overlaps, so you can offer a short consultation and multi-hour sessions (the Standard plan allows up to five services). Minimum notice stops anyone booking a long session an hour before it starts, and the cancellation window gives you time to fill the slot.
