How long do you take to reply?
We reply by email on working days, and by phone during office hours. If your question is about an existing account, write from the email you signed up with and we will sort it out faster.
Do I need a demo to get started?
No. You can create your free account and have your booking page ready in a few minutes, with 30 days of the Premium plan to try everything. If you would rather see it first, ask for a video call in the form.
Can you help me bring my clients from another tool?
Yes. Write to us with your client list as an Excel or CSV file and we will help you move it over. And if you ever leave, you export your client records and their history in one click; they are yours.
