Can I manage my spa bookings for free?
Yes. The free plan never expires and needs no card, and it gives you a booking page that's open 24 hours a day, with 20 bookings a month, one service and one professional. For more treatments or therapists there's the Standard plan, at €12.99 a month (€9.99 paid yearly, VAT not included), and when you sign up you get 30 days of Premium free.
Can I offer treatments of different lengths?
Yes. Each treatment has its own duration, and the calendar only offers slots where it fits in full, with no overlaps. It's worth including the time to prepare the room in that duration, and you can choose whether appointments start every 15, 30 or 60 minutes. The Standard plan allows up to five services and Premium as many as you like.
Does it work for a spa with several therapists?
Yes. Each therapist has their own hours, time off and only the treatments they perform. Your client chooses who to book with or gets the first one available, and you see the whole team's schedule at a glance, each in their own colour. Standard includes up to three professionals and Premium has no limit.
